It would be impossible to name just one reason or tell just one story about what makes the Waldorf Astoria so very special to our family.

Is it the rooftop Honey Tours? The incredible prime rib cooked to perfection and Bull & Bear? The incredible concierge service, who could make any outing magical? The incomparable Sunday Brunch. Maybe it’s the grandeur of The Grand Dame herself?

I could truly go on for hours discussing the all the wonderful experiences my family has shared while calling The Waldorf our home away from home. However, I believe there is a single thread that ties all the wonderful things about the Waldorf Astoria together. Put simply, it is the ladies and gentlemen who help create the “moments” that make up our stories.

The team of world class hospitality professional at The Waldorf Astoria are unmatched. Being hundreds of miles away from our closest friends and family with two little girls- the smiles and helpful attentiveness was often a silver lining in our day. From the Doormen to Housekeeping, you could always count on the family of professionals at The Waldorf.
