Hidden NYC

I am a Local 3 electrician working in the city for nearly 30 years and have seen many spectacular views of the city from rooftops far north and to the south. But the day I discovered the FDR train buried beneath the Manhattan streets was by far the spookiest. Even among all the live tracks and moving trains I felt the need to keep a safe distance away. After speaking with a coworker and a few Google searches I learned about the single car train that brought the then President to the Waldorf Astoria through a private elevator.
Quite an experience it was.
