Surf, sand and selling the Waldorf!

The very last thing I ever expected to do while drinking rosé on the beach in Mykonos last August was sell my first condominum to a person I had just met no more than a half-hour before is an understatement. I was not trying to impress this person with my limited (at the time) knowledge of luxury New York real estate, but when they asked what I felt was the most exciting building in New York, that one should absolutely buy into, I did not hesitate and the magical words “Waldorf Astoria” came out of my mouth in an instant! I guess I must have added a splash of charm and knowledge, because my new client was absolutely intrigued, leading to him buying a beautiful two-bedroom residence at The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria.

For me it was a dream come true on every level of my personal and professional career as I am thrilled to be a footnote in the rebirth of this amazing historical landmark. I am confident that the Waldorf Astoria will again be the most exciting place to be in Manhattan and cannot wait to see it come alive again!
